Visit our Support Portal and sign-in using your primary work email address.
Already active with our Support team?
You may already have an account if you've worked with our Support team before.
If its your first time logging into our new Support Portal, launched in September 2025, you need to use the Forgot password? feature to reset your password before logging into the portal for the first time.
If you've only ever emailed with Support before, you can use the Get a password option to fully setup your portal account.
If you don't receive the password reset email, check your Other inbox, Spam/Junk folders, and Promotions folder. The email will be from Govstack Support . If its not there, you may not have an account already, and should follow the "New to Govstack Support" steps.
New to Govstack Support?
If you've never reached out to Support before, you'll need to setup your account first using the Sign Up option on the portal login screen.
You'll receive an email asking you to verify your email address before your account can be finalized. If you don't receive the password reset email, check your Other inbox, Spam/Junk folders, and Promotions folder. The email will be from Govstack Support .
