Label options let you set the button labels, general labels (including error and file upload messages), and table labels for your form.
Locating label options
To locate label options in Govstack Forms, select the appropriate form then choose the “Options” tab from the toolbar located at the top of the page. Once on the “Options” page, select “Label Options” from the vertical menu located on the left side of the page.
Editing General Options
Enter your label alternatives as required then click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page to confirm your selections.
Available label options:
Button labels
Continue button
Controls advancing between pages in the form.
Submit button
Appears at the end of a form and completes the final submission process.
Back button
Returns user to the previous page.
Save button
Saves the form. This button is only available if the save option is enabled under general options.
Clear button
Clears all responses on the current page. This button is only available if the clear option is enabled under general options.
General labels
Error label
Displayed in case of a general application error.
Error summary label
Appears at the top of the form if a user misses a required field or enters a response in an incorrect format.
Upload select file label
Displayed if a user fails to add a file for uploading on a required question.
Upload success label
Appears after a file has been successfully uploaded.
