Govstack's Media Manager module is an add-on that allows you to build a database of documents or media pages that can be displayed to the public using a searchable table or tile based interface.

Each document or media page can include any number of customizable data fields to help catalogue and clarify its purpose and context. These can include:
- Text fields - Document name, version numbers, author, and bylaw number
- Text area fields - Summaries, abstracts, descriptions, and comments
- Date fields - Submission dates, expiration dates, and adoption dates
- Dates with time fields - Meeting dates and deadlines
- Link fields - Links to other pages or documents (Repealed by, amended by, contacts, or additional references)

When building content for the Media Manager, follow these steps to set up and configure your searchable media database.
Step 1: Add a category

Step 2: Create meta information
Your media pages in the Media Manager can include additional data in text fields, text area fields, date fields, date with time fields, and link fields. You can create a library of these fields to use over and over.

Step 4: Build document templates
Templates can be used to easily and quickly create media pages with consistent categories and meta information fields.

Step 5: Add media pages
Each document or data entry is represented by a media page in the Media Manager. You'll need to create a page for each entry, either by using a template or copying an existing media page.
